Eye Design Professional EDP Eyebrow Pigment - T3 is a medium value dark brown shade with cool mass tone. Perfect for your brunette clients. Can be used to darken other colours. Suitable for Fitzpatrick skin tones II-III-IV.

It is perfect for nano hairstroke and ombré procedure. Mixes well with other shades.
